You may be entitled to a vehicle finance refund
Check your eligibility in under 60 seconds
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has confirmed that some vehicle finance agreements included commission payments that were not properly disclosed.
If you took out car, van or motorbike finance using Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) or Hire Purchase (HP), you could be owed money. Where a complaint is upheld, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) estimates suggest the average refund to be £830 per agreement, though the amount (if any) depends entirely on individual circumstances.

Why choose Beep Beep Claims?
Beep Beep Claims is a trading name of Simon Turner — an FCA-authorised Claims Management Company (FRN: 836407).
We’re a small, boutique claims service focused specifically on vehicle finance commission issues. That means you get clear explanations, no pressure, and direct access to a real person.
What you get with a boutique, founder-led service:
• Founder-led and personally accountable
• Clear explanations in plain English — no aggressive sales tactics
• No win, no fee*
• No VAT charged on our fees (often around 20% cheaper than VAT-charging competitors)
Regulators and the courts have found that certain undisclosed commission arrangements can make agreements unfair. Not every agreement will qualify, and outcomes depend on individual circumstances.
No Win; No Fee*
Where No Win, No Fee is offered – You pay nothing unless your claim is successful. A fee between 15 – 30% applies on successful claims (fee dependant on level of redress secured), and a cancellation fee may apply outside the 14 day cooling-off period.
Your Choices
Please note, you can pursue your vehicle finance claim independently, directly and for free with your lender(s), through the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), any public compensation scheme (eg. FSCS), or via the FCA’s proposed redress scheme which may be introduced later in 2026.
While Beep Beep Claims aims to maximise your compensation, there is no guarantee we will achieve more than you could get by handling it yourself.
FCA Latest
The FCA has extended the deadline for motor finance firms to respond to complaints about discretionary commission arrangements (DCAs) until 31st May 2026.
It has proposed plans for an industry-wide motor finance compensation scheme and is reviewing feedback on it. If introduced, it will cover certain motor finance agreements taken out between April 2007 and November 2024. The average payout is estimated to be around £830 per agreement:

Frequently Asked Questions
It’s normal to have questions about vehicle finance commission issues and how the eligibility check works. Below are answers to the most common questions. If you’d rather speak to someone first, you can message Simon directly on WhatsApp.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. Our eligibility check uses a soft credit search only. This does not affect your credit score.
Do I have to proceed if I’m eligible?
No. There is no obligation. If we believe you may be eligible, we’ll explain your options first.
Can I complain myself instead?
Yes. You can complain directly to your lender, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) independently of a third party financial claims company. Using Beep Beep Claims (or any third party claims company) is optional.
What does the eligibility check involve?
You answer a few quick questions and, with your consent, we use a soft credit search via our data partner Valid8 to help locate historic vehicle finance agreements linked to you.
What happens after I complete the check?
If we believe you may be eligible, Simon will contact you personally to explain what it means and what your options are — including how to complain yourself if you prefer.
Why don’t you charge VAT?
Beep Beep claims is a small, founder-led, boutique Claims Management Company. Our revenues mean that we do not need to be VAT-registered. Although we could choose to be, we would prefer to pass this saving onto our customers. This is why we do not charge VAT on our fees. This can make our service around 20% cheaper than other companies, who, typically, must charge VAT.
What’s the Current FCA Pause on Complaints?
The FCA has paused the need for lenders to respond to complaints about discretionary commission arrangements until 31st May 2026. However, prospective claimants can still lodge claims prior to this date. Acting now ensures you’re in the queue when responses resume.
Can I Claim on Behalf of Someone Who Has Passed Away?
Yes, you can make a claim on behalf of a deceased individual. Lenders will require a copy of the will and grant of probate to ensure any compensation is paid to the right person.
